I offer my clients a wide range of services, some of which are listed below.  Click on the buttons to learn more.

I have on-the-ground experience in current conflict zones.  If you're interested in entering this sector, contact me.  Whether it's operations or maintenance, fixed wing or helicopter, I have the experience to guide you through the process, from bid proposals to first flight.
My experience as an Airline Transport Pilot, Director of Safety for an FAA Part 135 airline, numerous positions of responsibility with the Department of State Air Wing in Afghanistan, as well as my years of aviation operations experience in the U.S. Navy, has shown me how to get an aircraft operation in the air quickly, safely, and efficiently.  Whether you are planning regional, national, or international operations, I can develop the programs and procedures you will need to safely fly on-time and on-budget.

If you are interested in Department of Defense or Department of State contracts, I may be able to help you win them.  I have experience in U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Command/CARB certification, as well as in DOD and DOS aviation contracts.
As a maintenance officer for the largest squadron in the U.S. Navy, I made certain that my aircraft were properly maintained and my mechanics were properly trained.  That commitment carried over to my duties as Director of Aviation Safety for a Part 135 airline, and as Lead Pilot for the Department of State Air Wing, where I worked closely with maintenance personnel to ensure a safe and reliable flight every time.  Call me to discuss your maintenance program.
Starting an airline isn’t easy, but it doesn’t have to be complicated.  I can guide you through a process that will promptly and efficiently take you from a business plan to active flight operations.

If acquiring an existing operation is your goal, I can get you there.  My years of experience representing corporations allows me to represent you with the skills of a lawyer and the insights of a pilot.

Perhaps you’re seeking a merger with an associate who can add value to your current operations.  I can help you find the right partner, and I can structure an agreement that will help everyone achieve their goals.
Your manuals and records must be maintained just as diligently as your aircraft.  Failure to comply with the multitude of laws, regulations, rules, orders, and policies that regulate the aviation industry can ground your aircraft just as quickly as a maintenance problem.   I can audit your paperwork, identify deficiencies, make suggestions for improvements, and even work directly with your regulatory representative to make sure your paperwork is right.  Whether FAA, EASA, National Agency, USAF Air Mobility Command, or any other government agency, I have the experience to keep you flying.
Whether you want to buy a type certificate, create your own, or protect your rights to a certificate you already own, I can help.  I've worked with certificate holders to sell and license certificates, and I've successfully defended certificate holders' rights in court.
Have you lost a certification or approval in one or more jurisdictions and you need to get it back NOW?  I can work with you and your regulatory representative to get you back in the air with a minimum of delay.
You need to manage your pilots, mechanics, and aircraft, but you also have all of the concerns found in any business.  Building leases, employee relations, equipment purchase agreements, taxes - it's a long list.  As an aviation professional who also has years of experience running and advising businesses, I can help you with those important day-to-day matters that arise in every business.  And every burden off your shoulders frees you to do what you do best - grow your aviation business.
It's not a pleasant thought, but many of today's state and federal regulations include criminal punishment for violations.  I've prosecuted and defended criminal cases, and can help you through the process.
I've been in the legal and aviation communities for over 25 years, and I've seen a lot.  Let me know what you need, and I'll use my experience and knowledge to develop a sound, efficient plan to get it done.

If you’re interested in discussing the ways in which I can use my background, experience, and knowledge to help you reach your goals, contact me by phone (561-329-8926), by e-mail (, or by clicking here or on the "Contact" tab above. There is no charge for an initial consultation.
