• Oversaw and supervised Airport Operations Supervisors, Traffic Assistants, law enforcement, contract       security, and credentialing office.

Lead Pilot for Boeing CH-46E Program
• Established and deployed the largest aircraft program within the U.S. Department of State
• Responsible for managing and controlling the technical aspects of the program
• Implemented improvements to the program to meet changing mission parameters and requirements, in one case utilizing alternative parts and equipment procurement sources to meet shortened deadlines
• Managed the pre-deployment overhaul, maintenance and repair of six CH-46E helicopters
